General conditions of sale

Our general conditions of sale are valid for all orders we receive and must be accepted at the time of ordering.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the truthfulness of the data sent to us: company name, names and addresses.
In the event of changes to the data communicated, the customer is required to notify us as soon as possible.

Right of exchange or withdrawal

The company M.G.S. s.r.l. guarantees the quality of the goods produced and an accurate check is always carried out before shipment.
In any case, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying us by fax or e-mail and returning the goods intact, with transport at the customer's expense, within 14 days of receipt.
With the return of the goods, the purchase contract is invalidated.

Warranty

In terms of warranty, the statutory provisions apply. The customer is required to carefully keep all documents relating to the products purchased.
In the event of any manufacturing defects (anomalies at the time of delivery), the goods will be assessed by M.G.S. s.r.l. and possibly replaced.
Breakages due to wear over time, incorrect use or intentional damage to the product are obviously not covered by the guarantee.
